Electrical sales training

The electrical appointment is read off the panel: no open slots, breakers that trip under real life, the outlet that runs warm. Spar trains electrical reps on the documented system — findings first, translated plainly, closed in the system’s language.

The system

One playbook, run in order

The appointment runs the 7 steps in order: Entry, Warm-Up, Probing & Layering, Presentation, Pre-Close, Close, Button-Up. Probing is the inspection — the panel, the load the house actually lives on, the addition they want to make that the current service cannot feed — documented and shown to the homeowner in words a non-electrician can hold onto.

Technical questions are this trade’s native language, and homeowners test reps with them at the door and the table. The documented technical-question response keeps the rep credible — answer what is asked, honestly, then return to the appointment — instead of turning the visit into a seminar or bluffing past the edge of what is known.

Not-having-any-problems is a live objection here (‘everything works fine’), and the documented response builds the picture from their own plans — the hot tub, the car charger they want in the garage, the kitchen they keep sketching. The investment is presented in the system’s language with every decision maker present.

Pre-Close: translate the panel into plain language

The documented Pre-Close summarizes findings before the investment arrives — and for an electrician, the summary is a translation: what the panel showed, what it means for the house’s plans, what the project answers. A homeowner who understands the findings can decide on the number; one who doesn’t, can’t.

Pre-close is graded on every Spar scorecard. See how Fight Camp works.

Training by trade

One system, every trade

The playbook does not change with the product — the door pitch, the 7 steps, the objection framework, and the twelve closes run in every in-home trade. Spar trains all of them:

Objection deep dives

The 18 objections, in electrical appointments

Eighteen objections decide most appointments. Each one, handled in a electrical setting with the documented framework:

Scenario drills

The electrical moments, drilled as rounds

Two of Spar’s documented situation rounds, run in electrical settings — the setup, what each round trains, and how the scorecard grades it:
