Security sales training

A security appointment usually starts before the door — on the phone, where the documented call-center system sets it — and it deals in the most personal inventory in the house: the family’s peace of mind. Spar trains security reps on the documented system, with its honesty rules at full strength.

The system

One playbook, run in order

The appointment runs the 7 steps in order: Entry, Warm-Up, Probing & Layering, Presentation, Pre-Close, Close, Button-Up. Probing asks what actually worries them — the shift-worker hours, the kids home alone for an hour, the break-in two streets over — and Build Pain works only from their answers. The documented system never invents a threat to sell a sensor.

Not-having-any-problems is this trade’s door and table default, and the documented response is Paint the Picture: the home as they want it to feel at 2 AM, described in their own terms from probing. When the number comes, it is presented the documented way — the overall investment and the monthly investment plan — never dressed up as something it is not.

No one-leggers, ever: a security decision made by half a household gets argued with by the other half. The framework handles the rest — release pressure, ask permission, gather feedback, isolate, empathize, respond, re-close.

Step deep dive

The call center: where security appointments are made

More security appointments are born on the phone than at the door, and the documented call-center system treats the call as the first appointment: set it properly, with every decision maker named and a time both are home. A rep who learns the phone system stops losing deals before the visit starts.

The call-center material is part of the documented system Spar trains, step by step. See how Fight Camp works.

Training by trade

One system, every trade

The playbook does not change with the product — the door pitch, the 7 steps, the objection framework, and the twelve closes run in every in-home trade. Spar trains all of them:

Objection deep dives

The 18 objections, in security appointments

Eighteen objections decide most appointments. Each one, handled in a security setting with the documented framework:

Scenario drills

The security moments, drilled as rounds
