SPAR.

Three ways to train

One coach, three corners

Everything in Spar runs on one system — the door pitch, the rebuttals, the 7-step in-home process, the objection framework, and the closes. Train it three ways.

01

Spar — scripted practice rounds

You train with scripted practice rounds from the 20-scenario library — the full camp above runs right on this page. The objections are the real ones: not interested, I already got an estimate, we want to think about it, it's too expensive. Coaching runs on the 7-stage objection framework: Release Pressure → Ask Permission → Gather Feedback → Isolate → Empathize → Respond → Re-Close. Live AI sparring — available now: open rounds with an AI homeowner, by text, for members.

Homeowner“I already got an estimate…”

The system's track“You mentioned that you want to get some other estimates, I completely understand this. Anytime you watch the news or read consumer reports they recommend getting multiple quotes to protect yourself.”

02

Ask Spar — answers from the system

Ask for a word-track and you get the system's answer, in the system's language. If the answer isn't in the training, Spar says so instead of inventing one.

You“Homeowner says ‘we want to think about it.’ What do I say?”

Ask Spar — the play“Absolutely. Usually when someone tells me that, there's one or two things they're still unsure about. What part would you want to think through the most?” Then run the feedback questions — product, company, and you — and find whether the investment is the real issue.

03

Word Check — clean up your language

Paste anything you're about to say or send — a door pitch, a text to a homeowner, a follow-up — and Word Check flags the words the system says never to use and swaps in the documented replacements. The pairs below are the complete verified list — that's all of them, and the list doesn't get padded. Try the real thing below; it runs entirely on this page.

contract → work order / agreement

sign → approve

price / cost → investment / overall investment

finance / monthly payments → monthly investment plan

buy / buy today → Move forward today

“What's her name?” → “How do I SPELL her name?”

husband / wife has to be there → decision makers — “a time you would both be home”

pitch → compliment / educate

Word Check — live

Check your words before the homeowner hears them

Type or paste what you're about to say below. Every flagged word gets the documented swap — the complete verified list, nothing added. Clean checks count toward your camp card above.

What Word Check sees

The system

One system, learned cold

Spar trains a single, complete in-home selling system — canvassing, the call center, the 7-step in-home presentation, storm work, and the close. Not generic tips stitched together from everywhere: one playbook, and every round in camp grades you against it. These are its parts, named the way the playbook names them.

The same playbook runs the whole camp — the door pitch, rebuttals, steps, and closes you drill here are the ones you run at the door and the table. That's the point of a sparring partner: the fight feels familiar because the training was real.
