Roofing sales training

Roofing is where this system was built and proven — the door pitch, the storm conversation, and the kitchen-table close, documented word for word and drilled in Spar.

The system

One playbook, run in order

Spar trains Frankie J’s complete in-home system, and roofing runs through every layer of it. At the door: the Initial Pitch as one run-on run — free estimate, no obligation, guaranteed in writing for the future, already in the neighborhood — then the Transition and the First Rebuttal, and the 5 core rebuttals behind it: Paint the Picture, Build Need, Build Pain, Jones Effect, and Ballpark Figure.

After a storm, the documented approach changes posture: document the property honestly, compare the documented scope with what the carrier wrote, and never promise coverage or offer to waive a deductible — that is doctrine, not a tactic. In the home, the appointment runs the 7 steps in order: Entry, Warm-Up, Probing & Layering, Presentation, Pre-Close, Close, Button-Up — never skipping ahead to the investment.

The closes carry documented roofing examples throughout the training: the Takeaway Close protecting the complete roofing system while upgrades move, and the Reversal Close answering “we’re selling the house” with the inspection question. Every one of them is a drill in Fight Camp.
