Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

The service

Spar is a sales-training service for in-home sales reps, built on the In Home Sales Academy training system. Scripted practice rounds, close drills, and Word Check are available on this site. Live AI sparring is a separate feature that launches on its own schedule; membership includes access when it switches on.

Membership and billing

Membership is $29/month, billed through Stripe, and renews monthly until cancelled. Founding Member pricing is locked in for as long as the membership stays active. You can cancel anytime — see the Refund Policy for how cancellation works.

Training content

The training system, word tracks, and materials in Spar belong to Spar and the In Home Sales Academy. Your membership is for your own training use. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the training content.

Fair use

One membership covers one rep. Do not share login access outside your account, scrape the site, or use Spar to build a competing training product.
