Presentation

The Presentation is where you build value — in yourself, your company, your products, and your warranties — in that order, before any number exists.

Where it sits

Built entirely from what Probing & Layering uncovered

The Presentation follows Probing & Layering and runs into the Pre-Close. By now you have established rapport, identified the problems, and built urgency around them. Now you show the homeowner why they should do business with your company, choose your products, and trust you — presented around their priorities, not a memorized script. Your goal is massive value before the Pre-Close ever starts.

What it is

Four things get sold. Then the homeowner holds the proof.

Sell yourself: confident, knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic — the homeowner is doing business with the person at the table, and they should feel that person knows exactly what they are talking about. Sell the company: answer the question “why should they do business with you?” — never assume they already know what separates your company. Sell the products: explain them, explain the differences, explain why the differences matter — and put the products in their hands. Samples sitting on the table while you talk teach nothing; samples in their hands, next to inferior samples they can compare, build value they can feel.

Sell the warranties: coverage explained clearly, including the value of non-prorated coverage when it applies — the homeowner should understand not only what they are getting today but how that investment is protected. Throughout, ask questions and get them talking: what do they think, what do they like? Make sure they actually like what you are showing them, and when the product requires it, have them pick a color — move them from listening to a presentation to participating in their project. Deliver all of it with enthusiasm: if you are not excited about what you are showing them, why should they be?

The checklist

Before you move into the Pre-Close

  • Sold yourself — confident, knowledgeable, enthusiastic
  • Built value in the company and what separates it
  • Built massive product value and explained the differences
  • Explained the warranties, including non-prorated coverage when applicable
  • Put the product samples in the homeowner’s hands
  • Showed inferior samples for comparison where available
  • Asked questions throughout and got the homeowner talking
  • Made sure they like what you are showing them
  • Had them select a color when the product requires it

Run the system in order

Present against a homeowner who pushes back

Spar’s AI homeowner does not sit quietly through your Presentation — it interrupts and asks the hard questions mid-step, the way real homeowners do. Train the step until interaction is your habit — $29/month. Spar before you knock.
