SPAR.
Frankie J · The System

The System He Created

Canvassing, the call center, the 7-step in-home presentation, storm work, and twelve closes. One complete system, built in the field over 20+ years — and the exact playbook Spar grades every round against.

Piece one · The door

Canvassing: the door pitch

The system starts at the door. The Initial Pitch is delivered as one run-on run — then the Transition and the First Rebuttal, built on four pillars: FREE, NO OBLIGATION, GUARANTEED IN WRITING for the future, and already IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

Behind the pitch sit the rebuttals — five core: Paint the Picture, Build Need, Build Pain, Jones Effect, and Ballpark Figure — plus ten advanced rebuttals for the doors that push back harder.

Piece two · The phones

The call center

Appointments are made, not stumbled into. His manual documents the call center as its own operation — the machine that turns leads into set appointments. And the system’s hardest qualification rule is enforced before anyone knocks: no one-leggers — every decision maker present. It’s doctrine, and camp grades you on it.

Piece three · The table

The 7-step in-home presentation

Entry. Warm-Up. Probing & Layering. Presentation. Pre-Close. Close. Button-Up. Seven steps, in order — never skipping ahead to the investment. The pre-close carries the line that makes the Close possible:

The pre-close
“Before we get into the overall investment, I just want to make sure I did my job…”

Product, company, and warranty are confirmed before the number — so when the investment lands, it lands on a homeowner who already agrees on everything else. Read the full breakdown on the System page.

Piece four · The storm

Storm work

Storm restoration is its own documented chapter of the system: the same door discipline and the same 7 steps, run in a market where a whole neighborhood has the same problem on the same day — and every homeowner is hearing the same knocks. The rep who runs a process beats the rep who wings it, on storm work most of all.

Piece five · The finish

The twelve closes

Every close in the system, under its real name, never relabeled — each one with its own page and its own drill in Fight Camp.

The doctrine

The rules the system never breaks

  • No one-leggers: all decision makers present for the appointment — doctrine and a qualification rule.
  • Commitment before discount: a commitment comes before any rebate, incentive, or program is applied.
  • The language: “approve,” never the other word; “work order” or “agreement”; “overall investment”; “monthly investment plan”; “move forward.”
  • Objections get a process, not an argument: Release Pressure, Ask Permission, Gather Feedback, Isolate, Empathize, Respond, Re-Close. The goal is clarity.

See it all assembled on the System page and the Twelve Closes page.
