Over twenty years, $50M+ in career sales, three chapters most people only get one of: the rep years, the build and the loss, and the rebuild. Only documented milestones are listed here — nothing padded, nothing rounded up.
The timeline
Frankie J begins his career selling home improvements in customers’ homes. It’s the start of a run that passes $50M+ in career sales — every dollar of it in-home, at the door and the kitchen table.
A top gutter sales rep. At his peak he puts up roughly $125–180K a month in net sales. The years are recorded as approximate; the production level is the documented part.
He takes everything the rep years taught him — the door pitch, the appointment process, the closes — and builds his own roofing business.
The business he built is lost. He doesn’t dress the chapter up, and he doesn’t hide it: it’s the middle line of his own summary of his career — “I built it. I lost it. I’m rebuilding it.”
He rebuilds as owner of ProCraft Renovations: windows and roofing, based in Melbourne, Florida. Frank himself is based in Annapolis, Maryland, and he still sells and trains reps on the same system he runs.
He codifies the complete system — canvassing, the call center, the 7-step in-home presentation, storm work, and the twelve closes — as the In Home Sales Academy (inhomesalesacademy.com), the training system his own reps learn.
He turns the Academy system into Spar (askspar.com): live AI voice sparring for in-home sales reps, graded against his playbook, $29/month. He also runs Frankie J Execution Coaching — “Execution Changes Everything.”
Every chapter on this page feeds the same system. Spar lets you train on it before your next appointment — the 7 steps, the twelve closes, graded live — for $29/month. Spar before you knock.
