The 442-Unit Audit: 787 In, Nothing Rewritten

Before Spar shipped, every piece of training content in it was traced back to the founder's own source manuals — unit by unit, line by line. What could not be traced was deleted, not reworded. This is the audit record.

Figures are from the Spar content audit, addendum, and clean report, all dated November 1, 2026. The audits traced content packages against a defined set of source manuals — the scope is stated on this page.

The method

Every unit traced, four verdicts allowed

A unit is the smallest piece of content that can be judged on its own: a script, a key line, a spoken track, an objection response, a scenario setup, a playbook item. The audit counted 787 units across the eleven content packages the platform shipped with, and traced each one against the founder's source manuals. Four verdicts were possible: verbatim (the founder's exact or near-exact words), condensed (his words with trims only, meaning unchanged), paraphrase (his technique reworded by someone else), and no-source (not findable in the manuals at all). A package's own claim to be faithful counted as a claim to test, never as evidence.

The first pass ran against a narrow assigned set of seven source files and found only 186 of 787 units clean (23.6%). An addendum re-ran the trace against the founder's full manual library, and the clean count rose to 442 of 787 (56.2%). Both numbers are published here, because the method changed before the verdict did.

The findings

What did not survive the trace

The closing package's 101 key lines are the clearest example: every one was flagged faithful in the package, and traced against the manuals, 7 of the 101 were the founder's words verbatim; the rest were paraphrase or had no source. One full package — a tournament module of 43 units — had no source in the manuals at all, and was deleted entire. The system package was the cleanest: 55 of its 65 units traced verbatim or condensed, because it was ported from the manual directly.

The doctrine checks were run in the same pass: every unit that put an incentive in front of a homeowner before any commitment step was flagged as a violation of the founder's documented rule — commitment first, incentive after — regardless of its wording.

The clean

Delete-only: 342 removed, 445 kept, zero words changed

The clean applied the audit's final removal list exactly: 342 units deleted, and no surviving unit's text modified, reworded, or improved. A recursive diff against the pre-clean backup proved it — the only differences are the removed units. What remains is 445 units: the 442 clean units plus 3 spoken-language word pairs the founder had dictated on September 23, 2026, which the audit's scope had not credited.

Three further items, traced verbatim to a legacy marketing manual but flagged in the audit as claims that should come out anyway, were deliberately left for the founder's decision rather than decided by an auditor. That is the standing rule this audit established, and it is still the rule: the sources decide what is his, and where the sources do not settle it, the founder does.
