Fight Camp's practice library is 20 rounds: 8 situation rounds that run parts of the appointment, and 12 closing drills — one per close. Four documented homeowner personas can sit in any of them. This page is the library's build record.
Round setups, focuses, and persona behavior are stated as documented in the platform's scenario and persona records (November 2026).
The situations
Cold Door Knock — the door itself: the initial pitch, the transition, and the first rebuttal, plus qualifying the decision makers and setting a real appointment. Kitchen-Table Appointment — the full appointment, all seven steps in order, from walking in to the button-up. Price Objection — the investment is already presented; diagnose first (value, affordability, or expectation), work the framework, earn the commitment, re-close. Think About It — the stall, answered with the play and the framework: gather feedback, isolate the one real objection, respond, re-close.
Missing Decision Maker — qualification at the start of the appointment: hold the no-one-legger line kindly and land a set time when both decision makers are home; running the presentation for one decision maker is a failure here, not a step taken. Competing Estimate — probe what the other estimate actually covers, run the comparison process, isolate the real gap, respond, re-close. Storm Damage Knock — earn the inspection from a homeowner who has heard it all day, without ever promising insurance coverage or offering to waive a deductible. Event / Home-Show Lead — qualify first: territory, project, timeline, then set a real appointment with all decision makers present.
Round 1 — the Cold Door Knock — is free, together with the Trial Closes drill and Word Check. The 12 closing drills are the twelve closes themselves, one drill each: Initial Visit, Option, Contingency, Takeaway, Higher Authority, Marketing Home, Franklin T, Porch Light, Doorknob, Manufacturer's Rebate, Trial Closes, and Reversal.
The homeowners
Analytical Andy — precise, skeptical, numbers-first; presses for specifics and documentation before letting the conversation move, and warms only on specifics, not adjectives. Defensive Donna — guarded from the first line, short answers, a five-minute posture; the rep must earn every next minute. The Friendly Staller — warm and agreeable, nods along, and saves all resistance for the end, where the documented stall lands: we don't make decisions on the first visit. The Ghost Spouse — presents as the sole decision maker, then invokes the missing spouse the moment the investment lands, and holds.
Difficulty 1 to 5 scales the pushback inside the same documented material: at level 1 each documented objection is raised once and the homeowner warms immediately; at level 5 objections are re-raised, earlier answers are cross-checked, and the full objection framework is required before warming. The personas govern delivery, sequencing, and pressure only — every objection the homeowner raises comes from the scenario's documented lines or the documented objection library. A persona never invents an objection, a fact, or a claim.

The library behind the rounds
The rounds sit on top of a Learn library: 79 lessons across the 12-module curriculum (Rounds 0A through 10), ingested from the founder's own training files — the same source library the 442-unit audit traced the drill content against. The path is one next step at a time: Learn, then Drill, then Spar, then the Title Fight at the top of each round's class.

Run the Cold Door Knock free, read your scorecard, then decide. The full camp — all 20 rounds, all 4 homeowners — is $29/month. Spar before you knock.
