Inside the Objection Library: 33 Objections, One Framework

Every objection in Spar's library is a documented one — the homeowner's own words, from the founder's training — and every one is answered through the same seven stages. This page describes how the library is organized and why.

Counts and categories are stated from the platform's published objection library data (November 2026).

The inventory

33 documented objections in 7 categories

The library holds 33 objections, sorted the way they arrive in an appointment. The largest groups are the money questions and the not-interested wall — the Price category holds 7 and Not Interested holds 7. Think It Over holds 4 and Competing Estimate holds 4; Timing holds 3; Spouse holds 1 — the missing decision maker, the one objection the system's doctrine treats as a full stop rather than a stall; and 7 sit in Other, the situational objections that do not group cleanly.

The names in the library are the homeowner's words, not ours — that is why a category is called Price on this page even though the system's own language says investment. The library quotes the objection as spoken, then answers it in the system's language.

The framework

One 7-stage framework answers all of them

Release Pressure — acknowledge the answer and stay relaxed; a knee-jerk response makes the homeowner defend the objection. Ask Permission — earn the right to ask the next questions. Gather Feedback — confirm the solution, the company, and the salesperson land before touching the objection, and ask what is really keeping them from moving forward. Isolate — turn the vague stall into the one real barrier: the investment, timing, trust, the decision process, or missing information. Empathize — show you understand the concern without automatically agreeing with an inaccurate assumption. Respond — answer the isolated objection, and only that one. Re-Close — ask for the decision again once the concern is resolved. Never argue: the goal is clarity, not winning a debate.

The same library pool feeds the sparring rounds: when an AI homeowner raises an objection in a round, the line comes from these 33 documented items or the scenario's own documented lines — the grading page explains how the framework is then scored.

The standing note

One legacy item, labeled as such

One item in the library — a legacy marketing-program item carried from older training material — ships with a legacy label while its status is under the founder's review. It is labeled on its own page, not quietly kept or quietly removed. When the ruling lands, the library record here is updated to match.
