What The Pre-Close means in this system

The Pre-Close is step 5 of the 7-step system: where you find out how good a presentation you actually gave. Before the investment is ever presented, you make sure the homeowner is comfortable with you, the company, and the products — and you surface any remaining concern while there is still time to deal with it.

It runs on the 1–10 scale and the isolating question: trial closes that measure readiness instead of guessing at it. If the number comes back 7 or lower, you find out why — before the figures ever come out.

Documented language
“Mr. and Mrs. Homeowner, based on everything we've gone over so far, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, how do you feel about everything we've shown you?”
